左旋门冬酰胺酶治疗急性淋巴细胞性白血病并发糖尿病的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探究急性淋巴细胞性白血病并发糖尿病应用左旋门冬酰胺酶的临床效果及护理。方法选取该院2018年9月—2020年4月收治急性淋巴细胞性白血病并发糖尿病患者190例,按数字法分为对照组和研究组,各95例,两组患者均给予左旋门冬酰胺敏进行治疗,对照组实施常规糖尿病护理干预,研究组在对照护理基础上加以综合护理干预,对比两组患者血糖相关指标、不良反应发生率以及患者满意程度。结果研究组FPG、2 hPG以及HbA1c血糖相关指标均较对照组有所改善,差异有统计学意义(t=5.220、6.478、5.058,P<0.001);研究组不良反应发生率例数2.11%(2/95),低于对照组不良反应发生率9.47%(9/95),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.728,P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度(97.89%)高于对照组护理满意度(90.52%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.728,P=0.030)。结论综合护理干预联合左旋门冬酰胺酶用于急性淋巴细胞性白血病并糖尿病患者,有助于改善血糖水平,减少不良反应,提高患者对护理工作满意程度。Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing of L-asparaginase in acute lymphocytic leukemia complicated with diabetes.Methods 190 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia complicated with diabetes were selected from the hospital from September 2018 to April 2020.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to the number method,with 95 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with L-asparaginase,the control group was treated with routine diabetes care intervention,and the study group was treated with comprehensive care intervention on the basis of controlled care.The two groups were compared with blood glucose-related indicators,adverse reaction rates and patient satisfaction.Results The blood glucose related indexes of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the study group were improved compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.220,6.478,5.058,P<0.001);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.11%(2/95),which was lower than the number of cases of adverse reactions in the control group was 9.47%(9/95),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.728,P<0.05);the number of nursing satisfaction cases in the study group(97.89%)was higher than the number of nursing satisfaction cases in the control group(90.52%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.728,P=0.030).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with L-asparase for patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and diabetes can help improve blood sugar levels,reduce adverse reactions,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
