摘　　要：目的分析评估于子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病的围术期护理措施以及护理效果。方法共选取2020年1—8月子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,均匀划分为对照组、观察组,分别采取一般护理以及围术期护理,对比评估护理效果。结果采取护理措施前组间血糖指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组血糖指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比评估并发症发生概率,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);对比患者康复效果,观察组各数值远远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病护理期间采用围术期护理干预措施对促进患者恢复具有积极意义,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the perioperative nursing measures and nursing effects of uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes mellitus from January to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group.General care and perioperative care were taken respectively for comparative evaluation.Nursing effect was compared.Results Before nursing measures were taken,the result of blood glucose index compared between the groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the blood glucose index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the probability of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction was much higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);comparing the rehabilitation effect of patients,the values of the observation group were much lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of perioperative nursing interventions during the nursing period of uterine fibroids with diabetes is of positive significance in promoting the recovery of patients,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
