摘 要:目的分析依帕司他联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2020年12月期间进入该院治疗的100例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者入组,作为研究对象,采用随机1:1的方法进行分组治疗,对照组给予依帕司他治疗,观察组给予依帕司他+硫辛酸治疗,评价两组患者治疗前后的周围神经传导速度和治疗有效性。结果对照组治疗前的运动神经中的正中神经、腓总神经传导速度分别是(36.40±1.55)、(36.43±1.16)m/s,感觉神经中的正中神经、腓总神经传导速度分别是(37.28±1.45)、(25.24±1.33)m/s,与观察组患者各项数据(36.57±1.48)、(36.20±1.25)、(37.26±1.51)、(25.30±1.42)m/s相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.561、0.954、0.068、0.218,P>0.05);经治疗,观察组患者运动神经和感觉神经中的正中神经传导速度(55.89±3.14)、(49.47±2.35)m/s,腓总神经传导速度(48.43±1.60)、(40.54±3.09)m/s较对照组(47.59±2.25)、(41.19±2.25)、(43.18±1.40)、(34.29±2.50)m/s明显更优,差异有统计学意义(t=15.193、17.996、17.461、11.119,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率高达96.00%(48/50),明显高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病性周围神经病变患者,临床给予依帕司他联合硫辛酸治疗的效果非常显著,可有效改善患者运动和感觉神经传导速度,提高治疗有效性,值得临床推行。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of epalrestat combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Selected 100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who entered the hospital for treatment from January 2016 to December 2020 to be enrolled in the group,as the research object,the group was treated with a random 1:1 method,and the control group was given Epalrestat treatment,the observation group was given epalrestat+lipoic acid treatment,and the peripheral nerve conduction velocity and treatment effectiveness of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were evaluated.Results Before treatment in the control group,the conduction velocities of the median nerve and the common peroneal nerve in the motor nerve were(36.40±1.55)m/s and(36.43±1.16)m/s,respectively,and the conduction velocities of the median nerve and the common peroneal nerve in the sensory nerve were(37.28±1.45)m/s,(25.24±1.33)m/s,compared with the observation group patient data(36.57±1.48)m/s,(36.20±1.25)m/s,(37.26±1.51)m/s,(25.30±1.42)m/s.The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.561,0.954,0.068,0.218,P>0.05).After treatment,the median nerve conduction velocity(55.89±3.14)m/s,(49.47±2.35)m/s and common peroneal nerve(48.43±1.60)m/s and(40.54±3.09)m/s were significantly better than the control group(47.59±2.25)m/s,(41.19±2.25)m/s,(43.18±1.40)m/s,(34.29±2.50)m/s.The difference was statistically significant(t=15.193,17.996,17.461,11.119,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was as high as 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than the control group's 82.00%(41/50).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the clinical effect of epalrestat combined with lipoic acid treatment is very significant,which can effectively improve the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity and improve the effectiveness of the treatment.It is worthy of clinical imple
