中医特色护理在早期糖尿病足中的应用价值评析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医特色护理在早期糖尿病足中的应用价值。方法将该院2018年1月—2020年6月100例早期糖尿病足患者,双盲随机法分两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施中医特色护理。比较两组护理前后血糖监测水平、足部症状积分以及生活质量、糖尿病足愈合时间、护理满意度。结果护理前两组血糖监测水平、足部症状积分以及生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组血糖监测水平、足部症状积分以及生活质量均显著改善,而其中观察组血糖监测水平、足部症状积分显著低于对照组,生活质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的糖尿病足愈合时间(15.43±4.45)d比对照组(24.23±2.41)d短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者实施中医特色护理效果确切,可有效加速伤口愈合,并改善临床症状,提高患者的生活质量和满意度,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine characterstic nursing in early diabetic foot.Methods A total of 100 patients with early diabetic foot in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Blood glucose monitoring level,foot symptom score,quality of life,healing time of diabetic foot,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Nursing before the two groups of blood sugar monitoring level,foot symptom score and quality of life,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),and nursing after two groups of blood sugar monitoring level,foot symptom score and quality of life were significantly improved,and the observation group blood sugar monitoring level,foot symptom score was significantly lower than control group,the quality of life was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of diabetic foot in the observation group was(15.43±4.45)d shorter than that in the control group(24.23±2.41)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for diabetic patients is definite,which can effectively accelerate wound healing,improve clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of promotion and application.
