疫情防控常态化背景下学校体育场馆开放的形势、困境与策略

摘　　要：全民健身国家战略的实施以及加快推动健康中国和教育强国建设,对学校体育场馆开放提出了新的要求。在疫情防控常态化背景下,我国学校体育场馆开放面临校园传统安全和疫情防控双重安全问题交织、场馆开放收费与社会公益性双重属性叠加、场地供给不足与学生需求高涨矛盾凸显等现实困境。建议在理念层面要强化学校体育场馆对外开放的安全性和社会公益属性,在实践层面要打造学校体育场馆对外开放的“校-社”双向互动模式,更加科学地推动学校体育场馆向社会开放。The implementation of the national fitness strategy and the acceleration of the construction of healthy China and education power put forward new requirements for the opening of the school stadiums.In the epidemic prevention and control,the opening of school stadiums is faced with the problems of traditional campus security and epidemic prevention and control,the conflict between charging fee and social welfare,site supply shortage and the great student demand.It is suggested that the safety and social public welfare attributes of the school sports venues should be strengthened at the concept level,while at the practical level,a two-way interaction mode of“school-society”should be established,so as to promote the scientific opening up of the school sports venues to the society.
