摘　　要：目的建立桑胡护肝颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别法对桑胡护肝颗粒成品进行定性鉴别,其中饮片种类为:葛根、柴胡、五味子、茵陈等,并按中国药典要求对桑胡护肝颗粒进行粒度检查、水分检查、性状检查、装量差异检查。结果葛根、柴胡、五味子及茵陈等4味中药饮片的薄层色谱图分离度好、斑点清晰且阴性样品无干扰,三批自制样品药典项下检测项目均符合规定。结论该方法可以作为质量控制标准,其专属性强,结果准确,操作便捷,可为今后的研究提供理论依据。Objective To establish the quality standard for Sanghu Hugan granules.Methods Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Bupleuri Radix,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Artemisiae Scopariae Herba in Sanghu Hugan granules were identified by thin layer chromatography.The particle size,water content,properties and loading difference of Sanghu Hugan granules were examined according to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results The TLC of Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Bupleuri Radix,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Artemisiae Scopariae Herba showed good resolution,clear spots and no interference from negative samples.The detection items of three batches of self-made samples under the Pharmacopoeia were in line with the requirements.Conclusion The method can be used as a quality control standard with strong specificity,accurate results and convenient operation,which can provide a theoretical basis for future research.
