摘 要:以上海市中心某深基坑项目为例,针对基坑处于软土地区、土质条件差且周边环境复杂的特点,采用地下连续墙和内支撐相结合的基坑支护设计,并通过有限元分析计算表明本设计满足基坑和周边建筑物安全的各项要求。另在软土地区深基坑设计时,重点考虑除围护体剖面设计的安全性外,更重要的是处理基坑的变形和地下水对基坑开挖的影响,减少基坑变形并结合合理的降水方案以确保基坑开挖的安全施工。Taking a deep foundation pit project in the center of Shanghai as an example,aiming at the characteristics of the foundation pit in soft soil area,poor soil conditions and complex surrounding environment,the design of foundation pit support combined with underground continuous wall and internal support was adopted,and through the finite element analysis and calculation show that the design meets the safety requirements of foundation pit and surrounding buildings.In addition,in the design of deep foundation pit in soft soil area,except for the safety of enclosure profile design,it is more important to deal with the deformation of foundation pit and the influence of groundwater on foundation pit excavation,reduce the deformation of foundation pit,and combine with reasonable dewatering scheme to ensure the safe construction of foundation pit excavation.
