摘  要:本文以油页岩渣为原料,采用碱熔融-水热合成法制备Na-P型沸石,通过XRD和SEM测试分析了沸石结构和微观形貌。制备了亚甲基蓝和Cu2+溶液,研究了Na-P型沸石用量、溶液pH值、吸附温度和吸附时间等条件对Na-P型沸石吸附亚甲基蓝和Cu2+吸附效果的影响,找出了最佳实验条件。研究成果为固体废渣(油页岩渣、煤渣和煤气渣等)的综合利用提供了技术路线和实验支持,为固废清除与生态环境保护提供了有效的解决方案。In this paper,oil shale residue is used as raw material to prepare Na-P zeolite by alkali fusion-hydrothermal synthesis.The structure and micro-morphology of the zeolite are analyzed by XRD and SEM tests.Methylene blue and Cu^(2+) solutions were prepared,and the influence of zeolite dosage,solution pH,adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption effect of Na-P zeolite on methylene blue and Cu^(2+) was studied,and the best experimental conditions were found.The research results provide technical routes and experimental support for the comprehensive utilization of solid waste residues(oil shale residue,coal cinder and gas residue,etc.),and provide effective solutions for solid waste removal and ecological environment protection.
