摘　　要：民族团结进步创建是新时代推进民族工作的重要抓手,推进民族团结进步创建活动的“人文化、实体化、大众化”代表着我国民族工作发展的新方向,对巩固我国民族团结进步、铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要意义。当前,我国推进民族团结进步创建活动“三化”仍存在着制度化与规范化不够、推进广度与深度不均衡、群众参与积极性不高、民族地区人才队伍能力不足等问题。推进民族团结进步创建活动“三化”,要把“以人民为中心”的发展思想作为根本指引,建立健全体制机制、创新载体与方式、重视人才队伍建设。The creation of ethnic unity and progress is an important means to promote ethnic work in the new era.The"culturalization,materialization and popularization"of promoting the creation activities of national unity and progress represents the new direction of the development of ethnic work in China,which is of great significance to consolidate national unity and progress,and forge a sense of community for the Chinese nation.At present,there are still some problems,such as insufficient institutionalization and standardization,unbalanced promotion breadth and depth,low participation enthusiasm of the masses,and insufficient ability of talents in ethnic areas.To promote the"three modernizations"of ethnic unity and progress activities,we need to take the"people-centered"development philosophy as the fundamental guide,establish and improve institutions and mechanisms,innovate carriers and methods,and attach importance to the development of talented personnel.
