摘　　要：中国特色社会主义制度代表最广大人民的根本利益,保证人民当家作主,体现人民共同意志,维护人民合法权益,内涵着“以人民为中心”原则。“以人民为中心”原则坚持和发展了马克思主义群众史观,是中国特色社会主义制度具有强大生命力、吸引力和发展力的根本原因。坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度必须坚持“以人民为中心”,进行制度创新和实践,将制度优势转化为治理效能。The socialist system with Chinese characteristics represents the fundamental interests of the vast majority of the people,ensures that the people are masters of the country,reflects the common will of the people,protects the legitimate rights and interests of the people,and contains the principle of"taking the people as the center".The principle of"taking the people as the center"upholds and develops the Marxist view of history of the masses,and is the fundamental reason why the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has great vitality,attraction and development power.To uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must adhere to the principle of"putting the people first",make institutional innovations and practice,and translate institutional strengths into effective governance.
