吴茱萸汤联合西药治疗反流性食管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察吴茱萸汤联合西药治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效。方法选取脾胃虚寒型RE患者1026例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各513例,对照组患者给予奥美拉唑肠溶片口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合吴茱萸汤治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、胃镜疗效、中医症候积分、生活质量、血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)水平及不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率(91.72%)高于对照组(79.57%),P<0.05;观察组胃镜总有效率(92.70%)高于对照组(83.10%),P<0.05;观察组治疗后中医症候积分和生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清GAS和MTL水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率(9.04%)高于观察组(6.51%),P>0.05。结论脾胃虚寒型RE患者采用吴茱萸汤联合西药治疗疗效明确,可明显改善临床症状,提高GAS和MTL水平,提升生活质量且较为安全。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wuzhuyu Decoction combined with synthetic medicines in treating reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods 1026 RE patients of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach syndrome were divided into 2 groups by random method,each with 513 cases.The control group received Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets orally.Based on this,the observation group received Wuzhuyu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,gastroscopy efficacy,TCM symptom score,quality of life,serum gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in observation group than in control group(91.72%vs 79.57%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of gastroscope was significantly higher in observation group than in control group(92.70%vs 83.10%,P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower TCM syndrome score and quality of life score than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of GAS and MTL were higher in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was slightly higher in control group than that in observation group(9.04%vs 6.51%,P>0.05).Conclusion Application of Wuzhuyu Decoction combined with synthetic medicine in treating RE can effectively and safely improve the clinical symptoms,gastrin and motilin levels,thus improve the quality of life.
