摘 要:某注水井油管在起出井下管柱作业过程中,发现位于井下深度约1878.22 m处一根油管发生穿孔失效。通过宏观分析、材质分析、附着物分析、微观分析等手段,查找油管穿孔失效原因。结果显示,油管化学成分满足API 5CT标准中对N80油管要求,油管穿孔局部金相组织与硬度测试结果未见异常,油管穿孔是由外向内形成的。分析表明,油管所处位置出砂严重,油管穿孔主要因串层导致地层出砂,油管外壁局部存在含砂冲刷,最终导致穿孔。In the process of pulling out the tubing string in a water injection well,it was found that a tubing located at a downhole depth of about 1878.22 m had perforation failure.Through macroscopic analysis,material analysis,attachment analysis,microscopic analysis,etc.,the failure reason of tubing perforation has been found out.The results show that the analysis results of chemical composition of tubing meet the requirements of N80 tubing in API 5CT standard,and the local metallographic structure and hardness test results of tubing perforation are normal.The tubing perforation is formed from outside to inside.Analysis shows that the sand production situation at the tubing location is serious,the tubing perforation mainly results in sand production in the formation due to cross strata,and the outer wall of the tubing has sand erosion locally,which eventually leads to perforation.
