摘 要:针对X80钢级Φ1422 mm长输油气管道施工中3PE外防腐层出现裂纹的问题,对钢管PE层出现裂纹的原因进行了分析,并进行了PE修补材料DSC热分析试验、3PE防腐层模拟冷冻试验和耐候循环试验。试验结果表明,3PE损伤修补施工过程中多次火焰加热修补造成修补材料过烧以及冬季高冷低温的环境是造成修补防腐层产生裂纹的主要原因,并提出了寒冷地区油气管道外防腐层损伤后的修补工艺。由此得出,在钢管生产过程中,应精确控制钢管几何尺寸、优化防腐工艺、减少吊运过程第三方损伤等措施,减少外防腐层表面损伤,确保3PE钢管防腐质量。For the crack in the 3PE external anticorrosive steel pipe with X80 steel gradeΦ1422 mm oil and gas pipeline,the causes of cracks in PE layer of steel pipe are analyzed.DSC thermal analysis test of PE repair material is carried out and the freezing test and weathering cycle test of 3PE anticorrosive coating are simulated.The test results show that,in the process of 3PE damage repair,the over burning of repair materials caused by multiple flame heating repair and the environment of the low temperature in winter are the main causes of cracks in the repaired anticorrosive coating,and the repair process after the damage of external anticorrosive coating of oil and gas pipeline in cold area is put forward.It can be concluded that in the process of steel pipe production,measures such as accurately controlling the geometric size of steel pipe,optimizing anticorrosive process and reducing third-party damage during hoisting should be taken to reduce the surface damage of external anticorrosive coating and ensure the anti-corrosion quality of 3PE steel pipe.
