摘 要:结合我国大力推动装配式建筑发展的现状,阐述装配式建筑全寿命周期风险评价的主要内容和研究方法,从决策设计、建设施工、使用维护、其他因素的方面构建评价指标体系。本文在装配式建筑风险能力评价方法上进行创新,引入多层次灰色评价方法,以海沧生物医药园区二期B1地块PC结构建筑为例,用综合量化评价模型对建设成果进行考核,为装配式建筑发展提供可行实用的建议。Based on the current situation of my country's vigorous promotion of the development of prefabricated buildings,the main content and research methods of the life cycle risk assessment of prefabricated buildings are described,and the evaluation index system is constructed from the aspects of decision-making design,construction,use and maintenance,and other factors.In this paper,we innovate the risk capability evaluation method of prefabricated buildings,introduce multi-level gray evaluation methods,take the PC structure building in the second phase B1 of Haicang Biomedical Park as an example,and use a comprehensive quantitative evaluation model to evaluate the construction results.It provides feasible and practical suggestions for the development of style buildings.
