摘　　要：目的观察尿毒清颗粒联合非布司他治疗慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症患者的效果及对血管内皮功能、炎症因子的影响。方法将河北北方学院附属第二医院肾内科2018年6月—2019年8月收治的86例慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症患者随机分为对照组43例和观察组43例。观察组采用非布司他片联合尿毒清颗粒治疗,对照组单独使用非布司他片治疗,2组均治疗8周。观察2组治疗8周后的疗效,检测2组治疗前和治疗8周后血管内皮功能指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]、肾功能相关指标[胱抑素C(Cys C)、血清肌酐(SCr)、尿酸(UA)]和血清炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果治疗8周后,观察组总有效率为90.7%(39/43),显著高于对照组的72.1%(31/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗8周后2组血清ET-1、Cys C、SCr、UA、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗8周后2组血清NO水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论尿毒清颗粒联合非布司他治疗慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症,可有效改善患者血管内皮功能、肾功能,同时抑制机体炎症反应,具有良好的治疗效果。Objective It is to observe the therapeutic effect of Niaoduqing granule combined with febuxostat on patients with chronic kidney disease and hyperuricemia,and effect on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors.Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic kidney disease and hyperuricemia admitted to the Department of Nephrology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from June 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(43 cases)and an observation group(43 cases).The observation group was treated with febuxostat tablets combined with Niaoduqing granules,and the control group was treated with febuxostat tablets alone.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The efficacy of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was observed,and the levels of vascular endothelial function[endothelin-1(ET-1),NO],related indexes of renal function[cystatin C(CysC),serum creatinine(SCr),uric acid(UA)]and serum inflammatory factor[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were determined before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.7%(39/43),which was significantly higher than that 72.1%(31/43)of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum ET-1,CysC,SCr,UA,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-αwere significantly decreased after 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the level of serum NO was increased after 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Niaoduqing granule combined with febuxostat can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function and renal function of patients,while inhibit the body’s inflammatory response,and has a good ther
