摘　　要：乡镇政府服务是政府接触老百姓的“最后一公里”,其能力的强弱直接影响到“党群关系”。江西乐安县尝试通过乡镇部门的整合协调,实现一门多办的资源整合效应;赋能强镇,实现三级互联互通;加强乡镇政府工作保障,夯实服务基础;健全乡镇干部管理制度,增强服务活力等措施提升乡镇服务能力,满足人民群众生产生活需求。The service of township government is the last mile for the government to serve the people,and its ability is directly related to the relationship between the party and the people.Le’an County of Jiangxi tries to realize the resource integration effect of one door and more offices through the integration and coordination of township departments,enabling the town to achieve three-level interconnection,strengthening the work guarantee of township governments and consolidate the service foundation,improving the management system for cadres in townships and towns,and taking measures to enhance their service vitality,so as to improve their service capacity and meet people’s production and living needs.
