摘  要:为解决精冲生产过程中可能出现的模具凹槽开裂问题,提升精冲加工质量,分析了精密冲裁技术原理和精冲液压模架作用,分析了凹模早期失效的三种表现形式:磨损、腐蚀、断裂。分析导致凹模失效开裂的原因,提出解决方法:提升凹模装配精度,强化凹模背面支撑强度,改变模架结构。通过采取材料、工艺、结构及其他辅助措施避免凹模变形,实现对凹模早期开裂的有效控制。In order to solve the problem of cracking in the early stage of the fine stamping concave die of the general hydraulic press,and improve the quality of fine blanking,the research analyzes the technical principle and the function of the formwork of the fine blanking,and three kinds of the early failure of the concave,i.e.abrasion,corrosion and crackling.Then the research analyzes the causes of the crackling of the concave failure,and proposes the countermeasures,i.e.to improve the assembly accuracy of the concave,strengthen the support strength of die back,and change formwork structure.Through the avoid the transformation of the die from adopting the countermeasures,including paying attention to the material,technology,structure and other auxiliary countermeasures,to achieve the effective control of the early cracking of the concave.
