摘 要:为提高MMC阀损耗的计算精度,提出基于数学模型的MMC阀损耗计算方法,对MMC换流器损耗组成进行分析,以GBT和二极管器件在开关过程中的能量变化为依据,建立损耗数学模型。采用线性插值方法对温度与器件参数关系进行分析,对模型参数做出调整,得出MMC阀损耗最终计算结果,并进行仿真试验。试验结果表明:所提方法的损耗计算结果误差小于0.05 MW,在不同频率和功率下,误差稳定在10%以内,具有一定的研究价值。In order to improve the calculation accuracy of MMC valve loss,the MMC valve loss calculation method based on mathematic model is proposed.Analysis of the composition of MMC converter loss is done.Loss mathematic model is established according to energy change of GBT and diode device in the switching process.The relationship between temperature and device parameter is analyzed with linear interpolation method,and the model parameters are adjusted.The final results of MMC valve loss is got,and simulated test is done.The test results show that the error of loss calculation results in the method is less than 0.05 MW.Under the condition of different frequency and power,error is less than 10%stably.So it is worth research value.
