低频脉冲电治疗对精神分裂症患者的睡眠改善效果观察

摘　　要：分析低频脉冲电治疗对精神分裂症患者的睡眠改善效果。选取30例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用系统抽样法分为参照组与观察组,每组各15例。参照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在参照组的基础上进行低频脉冲电治疗,比较两组患者的睡眠改善情况。经过治疗,观察组的PSQI各项目评分显著低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和参照组的各种不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。应用低频脉冲电治疗精神分裂症能有效改善患者的睡眠质量,同时不增加患者的不良反应。The research analyzes the low frequency pulse electrotherapy on the sleep improvement of patients with schizophrenia.30 patients with schizophrenia are selected,and they are divided into reference group and observation group through systematic sampling method,with 15 patients in each group.Reference group receive routine medicine treatment,and observation group receive low frequency pulse electrotherapy based on the reference group.Sleep improvement situation of two groups is compared.After treatment,all scores of PSQI of observation group is significantly lower than reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in all adverse incidence rates between observation group and reference group(P>0.05).Application of low frequency pulse electrotherapy can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,while add no adverse incidence of patients.
