下腹周围神经阻滞镇痛与椎管内麻醉的镇痛效果比较

摘　　要：比较下腹周围神经阻滞技术与椎管内麻醉在妇科患者下腹术后的镇痛效果。选取60例患者,随机分为常规组与下腹周围神经阻滞组。常规组采用椎管内常规麻醉镇痛,下腹周围神经阻滞组在超声引导下阻滞髂腹下神经与髂腹股沟神经,比较不同镇痛方式下的镇痛效果、患者满意度与生命体征变化。下腹周围神经阻滞组的收缩压、心率、疼痛评分显著低于常规组,镇痛时间延长和阵痛满意度显著高于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。下腹周围神经阻滞镇痛能够有效缓解患者的术后疼痛,提高患者对镇痛的满意度。The research compares the analgesic effect of lower abdominal peripheral nerve block and intraspinal anesthesia after the venter inferior operation of patients in Gynecology Department.60 patients are selected,and they are randomly divided into routine group and lower abdominal peripheral nerve block group.Routine group receive common intraspinal anesthesia analgesia,and lower abdominal peripheral nerve block group receive the iliohypogastric and ilioinguinal nerve block under the ultrasonic guidance.Analgesia effect,patient satisfaction and vital sign change under different analgesia methods are compared.Systolic pressure,heart rate and pain score of the lower abdominal peripheral nerve block group are significantly lower than routine group,and the analgesia time extension and satisfaction are significantly higher than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Lower abdominal peripheral nerve block anesthesia can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of the patients,and improve the patient’s satisfaction on anesthesia.
