胆总管结石患者采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜的围术期护理效果研究

摘　　要：分析胆总管结石患者采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜的围术期护理效果。选取116例胆总管结石患者,所有患者均采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予护理干预,比较两组的术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率。结果表明,观察组术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为6.90%,显著低于对照组的22.41%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.10%,显著高于对照组的77.59%(P<0.05)。胆总管结石患者采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜的围术期护理,有利于手术的成功,促进患者术后恢复,降低术后并发症发生率。The research analyzes the perioperative nursing effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope of patients with choledocholithiasis.116 patients with choledocholithiasis are selected.They all receive laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope treatment,and divided into control group and observation group.Control group receive routine nursing,and observation group receive nursing intervention based on this.Intraoperative bleeding amount,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time and postoperative complication rates of two groups are compared.The results show that the introperative bleeding amount of observation group is significantly less than control group(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal recovery time and hospitalization time of observation group are both significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of observation group of the observation group is 6.90%,which is significantly lower than 22.41%in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group is 93.10%,which is significantly higher than 77.59%in control group(P<0.05).Peroperative nursing of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope of patients with choledocholithiasis is beneficial to the success of operation.And it can promote patient’s postoperative recovery,and reduce the postoperative complication rate.
