儿童家长对新冠疫苗认知情况与儿童接种意愿调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解家长对新冠病毒疫苗的认知情况及对儿童接种疫苗的意愿,为后续儿童疫苗接种工作开展提供参考。方法:采用横断面调查法对本地区儿童家长发放网络问卷,调查不同特征家长为儿童接种新冠疫苗意愿的差异,采用Logistic回归模型分析调查对象为儿童接种新冠疫苗意愿的影响因素。结果:共收集问卷1036份,43.73%家长愿意给儿童接种疫苗,44.11%犹豫给儿童接种疫苗,12.16%不愿意给儿童接种疫苗。单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,认同疫苗接种是预防疾病的重要手段(OR=0.414,P<0.0001)、认为每个人都需要接种疫苗(OR=0.449,P<0.0001)、家长愿意接种新冠疫苗(OR=0.031,P<0.0001)为家长愿意给儿童接种疫苗的保护因素。认为接种此疫苗对病毒变异或其他国家毒株部分有效(OR=1.339,P=0.0422)、认为哺乳期和妊娠期女性暂不建议新冠疫苗(OR=2.255,P=0.0026)、新冠疫苗对接种人群的年龄限制是18~59岁(OR=1.828,P<0.0001)为家长愿意给儿童接种疫苗的危险因素。结论:本地区家长对新冠疫苗知晓度高,部分家长对儿童新冠疫苗的安全性、有效性存在疑虑,未来儿童接种新冠疫苗期间,进行科学、针对性地宣传,有助于提高儿童新冠疫苗接种率。Objective:To investigate parents'cognition of COVID-19 vaccine and their willingness to vaccinate children,so as to provide reference for the follow-up work of children's vaccination.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was carried out to investigate differences in the willingness of parents with different characteristics to vaccinate their children against COVID-19.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factor of respondents'willingness to vaccinate children against COVID-19.Results:A total of 1036 questionnaires were collected,of which 43.73%were willing to vaccinate children and 44.11%were hesitant.The investigation showed that the vaccine was partially effective against virus variation or other national strains(OR=1.339,P=0.0422),that the COVID-19 vaccine was not recommended for lactating and pregnant women(OR=2.255,P=0.0026),and that the age limit of the COVID-19 vaccine on the vaccinated population was 18~59(OR=1.828,P<0.0001).All those were the risk factors for parents'willingness to vaccinate their children.Conclusion:Parents in this region have a high awareness of COVID~19,and some parents have doubt about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine for children.Scientific and targeted publicity during the future vaccination of children against COVID-19 will be of great help to increase the coverage rate of the COVID-19 vaccine in children.
