摘 要:为提升我国管辖海域的监视监测技术能力,有力支撑海洋强国建设,文章介绍微服务架构的优势,重点分析海上目标综合业务管理平台的系统架构、功能设计和应用实现。研究结果表明:海上目标综合业务管理平台的业务需求复杂,涉及的监视监测设备类型多样,对数据分析的深度和广度要求较高;采用微服务的体系架构,根据综合业务管理平台的业务需求和功能边界,将平台划分为多个独立运行的微服务,可实现海上目标预警、识别、跟踪和综合研判等功能,为我国管辖海域海上目标识别与监视监测业务的全面开展提供支撑平台,具有较高的应用价值。In order to enhance the technical capabilities of surveillance and monitoring in the jurisdictional sea area, and strongly support the construction of a maritime power, this paper introduced the advantages of the micro service architecture, focusing on the analysis of integrated business management platform for maritime targets design and implementation. The results showed that integrated business management platform for maritime were complex, and the types of monitoring and monitoring equipment involved were diverse, and the depth and breadth of data analysis were relatively high. The platform used a micro service architecture design to realize the functions of early warning, identification, tracking and comprehensive research and judgment of marine targets. This platform could provide a support platform for the comprehensive development of maritime target recognition, surveillance and monitoring services in the jurisdictional sea area, and had high application value.
