长三角一体化之上海海洋旅游业发展研究

摘　　要：长三角一体化已成为国家战略,不仅加快长三角区域一体化的发展进程,而且为实现长三角一流城市群的高质量发展注入强大动力。目前我国海洋旅游业的发展仍处于初级阶段,海洋旅游休闲产品缺乏地域特色以及其他休闲产业的竞争等都成为制约海洋旅游业发展的因素。为促进上海海洋旅游业的可持续发展以及解决目前发展中存在的问题,文章以上海海洋旅游业为系统,将影响海洋旅游业发展的因素作为该系统的组成部分,创新运用灰色关联度分析法分析影响上海海洋旅游业发展的9项影响因素的关联程度。研究结果表明,未来上海海洋旅游业须采取的发展策略包括增加海洋旅游专业人才、完善海洋旅游基础设施、建设高质量的海洋旅游中介机构以及提高海洋旅游业竞争力。The integration of the Yangtze River Delta has become a national strategy,which not only speeds up the development process of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta,but also injects strong impetus into the realization of the high-quality development of the first-class city clusters in the Yangtze River Delta.The development of marine tourism industry is still in the initial stage in China.The lack of regional characteristics of marine tourism and leisure products and the competition of other leisure industries have become factors restricting the development of the marine tourism industry.In order to promote the sustainable development of marine tourism in Shanghai,and solve the problems existing in the current development,this paper took Shanghai marine tourism as a system,and took the factors that affect the development of marine tourism as a component of the system,and analyzed the correlation degree of the 9 factors that affect the development of Shanghai s marine tourism by using grey correlation analysis method.The results showed that the development strategies to be adopted by Shanghai marine tourism in the future included increasing marine tourism professionals,improving marine tourism infrastructure,building high-quality marine tourism intermediaries,and improving marine tourism industry competitiveness.
