摘　　要：设计了一种SUV车型柔性焊接工装,支座的上端固定有支板,支板上固定有安装板,安装板的一侧固定有连接块,连接块上固定有销座,销座上设置有定位销;安装板的上端固定有定位块,定位块上设置有压块,压块的上方设置有压转臂,压转臂的一端与活塞杆活动连接,气缸与活塞杆驱动连接,设计结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低,装配精度高。A kind of flexible welding tooling for SUV is designed.The upper end of the support is fixed with a support plate,the support plate is fixed with a mounting plate,one side of the mounting plate is fixed with a connecting block,the connecting block is fixed with a pin seat,and the pin seat is provided with a positioning pin;the upper end of the mounting plate is fixed with a positioning block,and a pressing block is arranged on the positioning block,and a pressure rotating arm is arranged above the pressing block,and one end of the pressure rotating arm is connected with the piston rod It has the advantages of simple structure,reasonable setting,low production cost and high assembly precision.
