摘 要:为了研究超导磁体氦进管低温疲劳性能,提出了一种在超低温且高频大载荷下全尺寸样件的疲劳测试方法。通过全焊透的方式完成了氦进管测试样件结构设计和加工制造。另外,为了准确定义疲劳测试载荷和监测样件的应变状态,设计并搭建了一套辅助应变采集系统。最后顺利完成氦进管样件在超低温77 K、高频率4 Hz与高载荷650 kN条件下的疲劳测试,并完成对测试结果分析讨论。结果表明:测试样件在经历32212次疲劳后出现断裂,完全满足目标30000次疲劳测试要求。该结果说明所设计的氦管样件的低温疲劳性能够满足CFETR工程应用需求,并将为类似结构设计提供了重要的参考依据。In order to complete the fatigue test on the helium inlet nozzle of CFETR PF coil at low temperature,a fatigue test method was proposed for full-size samples under the low temperature of 77 K and high frequency load.The structure of the test sample was designed and manufactured by full penetration welding.In addition,in order to accurately define the fatigue test load and monitor the strain state of the sample,a set of auxiliary strain system was designed and set up.Finally,the fatigue test of the helium inlet sample was successfully completed under the low temperature of 77 K,high frequency of 4 Hz and high load of 650 kN and the test results were analyzed and discussed.The test results indicate that the tested sample is fractured after 32212 cycling tests,and fully satisfies the requirement of 30000 cycle times,which shows the fatigue performance of the designed helium inlet sample at low temperature can meet the requirements of CFETR engineering application and provide important references for the similar structure.
