摘 要:观赏百合耐涝性鉴定对引种驯化和抗性育种具有重要指导意义。本研究以16份亚洲百合和16份亚洲百合与麝香百合杂交系观赏百合品种为试材,采用“双套盆”法模拟淹水胁迫,确定观赏百合耐涝性鉴定的最佳时间及根、鳞茎、茎、叶表型涝害症状指标量化评价标准,并通过积分评价法和聚类分析法鉴定不同种系百合品种的耐涝性差异。结果,本文根据预实验确定耐涝性评价时间为淹水胁迫处理13 d;聚类分析将32份百合根据抗性强弱划分为耐涝型、中间型和敏感型,积分评价法从32份供试百合中鉴定出极端耐涝型品种为‘Nashville’‘Brindisi’,极端敏感型品种为‘Levi’‘Fata Morgana’;供试亚洲百合品种间耐涝性差异较大,亚洲百合与麝香百合杂交系普遍具有较强的耐涝性。分析耐涝型、中间型和敏感型百合涝害症状特征,初步建立百合耐涝性评价体系,为进一步鉴定其他品种百合耐涝性奠定基础。Identification of the tolerance of ornamental lily has important guiding significance for the introduction and domestication of ornamental lily and resistance breeding.In this study,32 ornamental lily germplasm resources were used as the experimental materials,and the“double-pot”method was used to simulate the flooding stress.The identifi-cation time of the tolerance of ornamental lily was determined,and the symptoms of root,bulb,stem and leaf phenotype were established.Quantitative evaluation criteria were used to compare the tolerance of ornamental lily by the integra-tion method and clustering method,and to evaluate the tolerance of lily of different species.As a result,according to the preliminary experiment,this paper determined that the waterlogging tolerance evaluation time was 13 days after flood-ing stress.Cluster analysis divided 32 lilies into waterlogging-tolerant,intermediate and sensitive types according to their resistance.The integral evaluation method identified the extreme waterlogging-tolerant varieties as‘Nashville’and‘Brindisi’,and extremely sensitive varieties are‘Levi’and'Fata Morgana'from the 32 test lilies.The tested Asiatic lilies cultivars had large differences in waterlogging tolerance,and the hybrids of the Asiatic lily and the Longiflorum lily generally had strong waterlogging tolerance.The analysis of the waterlogging tolerance and establishment of an evalua-tion system for waterlogging tolerance of lilies would lay a foundation for further identifying waterlogging tolerance of other lilies.
