摘 要:汽车缸体零件缺陷检测结果的准确度,直接影响着汽车生产安全。由于传统检测方法的零件缺陷特征模糊,导致检测结果准确度较低,因此,研究基于红外无损检测的汽车缸体零件缺陷检测方法。此次设计的检测方法根据识别出的汽车缸体零件缺陷类型,进行零件缺陷特征提取,并融合红外无损检测技术实现缺陷检测方法构建。实验结果:此次构建的汽车缸体零件缺陷检测方法,在不同的缺陷直径以及缺陷深度条件下,其检测结果的准确度均高于两种传统检测方法6.754%~12.162%不等,证明融合了红外无损检测技术的汽车缸体零件缺陷检测方法效果更佳,更适用于汽车零件安全生产。The accuracy of defect detection results of automobile cylinder parts directly affects the safety of automobile production.Due to the fuzziness of the defect features of traditional detection methods,the accuracy of detection results is low.Therefore,the defect detection method of automobile cylinder parts based on infrared nondestructive testing is studied.According to the defect types of automobile cylinder parts identified,the defect feature extraction is carried out,and the defect detection method is constructed by integrating infrared nondestructive testing technology.Experimental results:under the condition of different defect diameter and defect depth,the accuracy of the defect detection method is 6.754%~12.162%higher than that of the two traditional detection methods,which proves that the defect detection method of automobile cylinder parts combined with infrared nondestructive testing technology has better effect and is more suitable for the safety production of automobile parts.
