摘 要:为了实现有创呼吸机人机适配评估,提出基于动态模拟的有创呼吸机人机适配评估方法。构建有创呼吸机人机适配参数控制模型,并进行有创呼吸机人机适配的总体结构和线程分析。采用传动阻尼参数控制方法实现有创呼吸机人机适配参数检测,建立有创呼吸机人机适配调度的任务分配模型,实现有创呼吸机人机适配调度,采用自适应学习方法判断有创呼吸机人机适配评估的信息熵,建立二元规划模型,构建有创呼吸机人机适配评估模型,进行有创呼吸机人机适配性控制和优化调度。实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的稳定性,能够很好地评价有创呼吸机的人机匹配情况,且具有较强的动态模拟控制能力。In order to realize the evaluation of human-machine adaptation of the invasive ventilator,a dynamic simulation based evaluation method for the human-machine adaptation of the invasive ventilator is proposed.The control model of human-machine adaptation parameters of the invasive ventilator is constructed,and the overall structure and thread of the human-machine adaptation of the ventilator is analyzed.The transmission damping parameter control method is used to realize the detection of the human-machine adaptation parameters of the invasive ventilator,the task allocation model of the man-machine adaptive scheduling of the invasive ventilator is established,the man-machine adaptive scheduling of the invasive ventilator is realized,the information entropy of the human-computer adaptation evaluation of the invasive ventilator is judged by the adaptive learning method,the binary programming model is established,and the evaluation model of the human-machine adaptation of the invasive ventilator is constructed,The human-machine adaptation control and optimal scheduling of the ventilator are carried out.The experimental results show that the method has good stability,can evaluate the matching of the human-machine with the ventilator well,and has strong dynamic simulation control ability.
