摘　　要：针对传统的瓦斯吸附常数测定装置自动化程度低,操作步骤比较复杂,测量系统中多为玻璃制品,接头以胶管连接,长时间处于负压状态,易造成泄漏。吸附平衡时,瓦斯吸附量需要人工读取玻璃上的刻度并记录,降低了实验结果的准确性。基于LabVIEW软件设计上位机界面,通过使用以太网通讯的方式来控制下位机西门子S7-1200 PLC,设计和实现了一种煤的瓦斯吸附常数自动测定装置。该装置采用称重法,煤样在低压状态吸附瓦斯的量及高压状态下解吸瓦斯的量均通过吸附平衡前后水的质量差来计算,再使用Langmuir方程解算出煤样吸附常数a、b值,绘制煤样的吸附等温曲线,减少人为读数带来的误差,极大地提高了测量效率和准确性。In view of the low automation degree and complex operation steps of the traditional gas adsorption measuring device,the measuring system is mostly made of glass products,and the joints are connected with rubber pipes,which are in the state of negative pressure for a long time and are easy to cause leakage.When adsorption equilibrium occurs,the gas adsorption amount needs to be manually read on the glass and recorded,which reduces the accuracy of the experimental results.The upper computer interface is designed based on LabVIEW software,and Siemens S7-1200 PLC of the lower computer is controlled by means of Ethernet communication.An automatic measurement device for coal gas adsorption constant is designed and realized.The device adopts weighing method.The amount of gas absorbed by coal samples under low pressure state and the amount of gas desorbed under high pressure state are calculated by the difference of water quality before and after adsorption equilibrium.Then,Langmuir equation was used to solve the adsorption constants A and B of coal samples,and the adsorption isotherm curve of coal samples was drawn,which reduced the errors caused by artificial readings and greatly improved the measurement efficiency and accuracy.
