摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏萃取法(DE)和同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取人参花蕾中的挥发油,收率分别为4.02%,6.50%.用气相色谱-质谱法对其挥发性化学成分进行分析,共鉴定出57种化合物.水蒸气蒸馏萃取法提取的人参花蕾挥发油中鉴定出28种化合物,占挥发油总量的99.99%;同时蒸馏萃取法提取的人参花蕾挥发油中鉴定出38种化合物,占挥发油总量的99.25%,9种化学成分为两种提取方法所共有.结果显示:同时蒸馏萃取法提取人参花蕾的挥发油比水蒸气蒸馏萃取法提取的人参花蕾的挥发油收率高,化合物组分多10种;同时蒸馏萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏萃取法比较,具有省时、溶剂用量少、萃取率高等优点.The yield of essential oil in ginseng flower buds were 4.02%and 6.50%by steam distillation(DE)and simultaneous distillation(SDE),respectively.A total of 57 compounds were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Twenty-eight compounds were identified from the volatile oil extracted by steam distillation and extraction,accounting for 99.99%of the total volatile oil.Thirty-eight compounds were identified from the volatile oil extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction,accounting for 99.25%of the total volatile oil.Nine chemical components were common to the two extraction methods.The results showed that the yield of volatile oil extracted by simultaneous distillation was higher than that extracted by steam distillation,and there were 10 more compounds.Compared with steam distillation extraction,simultaneous distillation extraction has the advantages of time-saving,less solvent consumption and higher extraction rate.
