摘 要:用脐橙皮渣制备活性炭,探究活性炭对染料废水——孔雀石绿溶液的吸附效果和吸附机理.比较了吸附时间、投炭量、初始浓度、温度、pH对脐橙皮渣活性炭吸附孔雀石绿效果的影响.结果显示:脐橙皮渣活性炭对孔雀石绿的去除率随着吸附剂用量增加和温度升高而提高,最佳pH为6.0,随着溶液初始浓度增加去除率下降.静态吸附中活性炭质量为0.16 g、孔雀石绿模拟废水pH为6.0、初始质量浓度为100 mg/L时,温度为35℃吸附3 h,模拟废水染料的去除率达98.23%.孔雀石绿在活性炭上的吸附遵循准二级动力学方程,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附过程主要由化学吸附控制.Activated carbon was prepared from Navel Orange peel residue,and the adsorption effect and mechanism of activated carbon on dye wastewater-malachite green solution were investigated.The effects of adsorption time,carbon dosage,initial concentration,temperature and pH on the adsorption of Malachite Green by activated carbon from Navel Orange peel were studied.The results showed that the removal rate of Malachite Green by activated carbon from Navel Orange peel increased with the increase of the amount of adsorbent and temperature,the optimum pH was 6.0,and the removal rate decreased with the increase of the initial concentration.In static adsorption,when the mass of activated carbon is 0.16 g,pH of malachite green simulated wastewater is 6.0,and the initial mass concentration is 100 mg/L,the temperature is 35℃and the adsorption time is 3 h,the dye removal rate of simulated wastewater reaches 98.23%.The adsorption of Malachite Green on activated carbon followed a quasi second order kinetic equation,and the adsorption process was in accordance with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.The adsorption process is mainly controlled by chemical adsorption.
