组织多普勒超声心动图评价糖尿病患者左室功能的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨组织多普勒超声心动图评价糖尿病患者左室功能的应用价值。方法选择该院2019年1—12月收治的50例糖尿病患者为研究组,另选择50名健康体检的志愿者作为对照组,所有患者进行组织多普勒超声心动图检查,对比研究对象左室功能相关指标情况。结果两组左室前后径、室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组舒张早期(Ve)、Ve/舒张晚期运动峰值(Va)、E/A均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组左室射血分数(LVEF)均正常,研究组收缩期(Vs)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组TDI技术检测Ve/Va<1的例数为32例(64.00%);PDE检测E/A<1的例数为19例(38.00%)。两种方法舒张功能检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病心脏功能损害发病现象常见,组织多普勒超声心动图对于心肌功能的评估意义重大,有利于早期诊断左心室的功能异常改变并为患者治疗争取时机,延缓心脏功能的进一步衰老过程,避免严重并发症的出现。Objective To explore the application value of tissue Doppler echocardiography in evaluating left ventricular function in diabetic patients.Methods Selected of 50 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 as the study group,and another 50 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.All patients underwent tissue Doppler echocardiography to compare the indicators related to the left ventricular function of the subjects.Results There were no significant differences in left ventricular anteroposterior diameter,interventricular septal thickness and left ventricular posterior wall thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).Ve,Ve/Va and E/A in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LVEF was normal in both groups,and Vs in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,32 cases(64.00%)with VE/VA<1 were detected by TDI.There were 19 cases(38.00%)with E/A<1 detected by PDE.The difference in the detection rate of diastolic function between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic heart dysfunction is common.Tissue Doppler echocardiography is of great significance in the evaluation of myocardial function.It is helpful for early diagnosis of abnormal changes in left ventricular function and for treatment of patient’s,delaying cardiac function further aging process,avoid the emergence of serious complications.
