生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗2型糖尿病对血糖、血清C肽的价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗对2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹C肽、餐后2 h血清C肽的影响。方法取2019年1月—2020年6月在福建中医药大学附属康复医院住院的60例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,单双号编号法随机分组,对照组运用常规西药治疗,研究组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗,分析两组患者治疗后血糖水平、血清C肽水平、不良反应发生情况等的差异性。结果研究组2型糖尿病患者治疗的总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组总有效率53.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.800,P=0.028);研究组治疗后HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.644、9.653、2.731,P<0.05);研究组治疗后空腹血清C肽、餐后2 h血清C肽水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.460、8.612,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.456,P=0.228)。结论2型糖尿病患者接受生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗,能够提高治疗的效果,更好改善HbA1c、FPG等血糖水平以及血清C肽水平,且不会增加患者不良反应的发生率,安全有效。Objective To explore the effects of Shengmaisan and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),fasting C peptide,and postprandial 2 h C peptide in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The odd and even numbering method was randomized.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group,on the basis of western medicine routine treatment,Shengmaisan and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction were used to analyze the differences in blood glucose levels,serum C-peptide levels,and adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment for type 2 diabetes patients in the study group was 80.00%,which was higher than the total effective rate of 53.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.800,P=0.028);HbA1c,FPG,and 2 hPG levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.644,9.653,2.731,P<0.05);fasting serum C-peptide levels and 2 h postprandial serum C-peptide levels in the study group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.460,8.612,P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.456,P=0.228).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with Shengmaisan and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can improve the effect of treatment,better improve the blood glucose level such as HbA1c,FPG and serum C peptide level,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.It is safe and effective.
