摘　　要：社会保障供给是被征地农民充分发展与美好生活建设的重要保证。被征地农民与地方政府、被征地农民与村集体两个双方博弈模型的推演表明,社会保障供给主体间的自由博弈及行为选择会造成主体责任难落实、供需主体对接与主体共担筹资机制难建立等结果。因而,有必要通过有效落实责任以构建多主体协同供给局面,完善利益表达回应机制以构建供需主体对接模式,以及合理分配征地补偿资金以构建多主体共担筹资机制等途径干预供给主体的行为选择,进而优化被征地农民社会保障供给。The social security supply is an important guarantee for the full development of the land-expropriated farmers and the construction of a better life.The deduction of the game model between the land-expropriated farmers and the local government,and between the land-expropriated farmers and the village collective,shows that the free game and behavior choice between the main bodies of social security supply will lead to the difficulty of implementing the responsibility of the main body and to the docking of the supply and demand main body and the financing mechanism shared by the main body.Therefore,it is necessary to intervene in the supply agent’s choice of behavior by effectively implementing responsibilities to build a multi-agent collaborative supply situation,improving the interest expression response mechanism to build a supply-demand subject docking model,and reasonably allocating land acquisition compensation funds to build a multi-agent shared financing mechanism,so as to optimize the social security supply of land-expropriated farmers.
