摘　　要：习近平《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》作为习近平文艺论述最为集中的系统阐述,以群体与个体并重的人民文艺本质论、文艺与人民利益福祉重要关联的文艺功能论、文艺要适应人民多样化需求的文艺精品论、人民的精神与价值观塑造的文艺创作论和以人民为中心的尊重与引领机制的文艺制度论,共同构成了习近平新时代人民文艺论的创新之处,从而成为新时代语境下社会主义文艺与人民关系的生动阐释与创新性表达,是极具历史意义的中国化马克思主义文艺理论的重要创新性发展。As the most systematic exposition of Xi Jinping’s literary and artistic discussions,Xi Jinping’s Speech at the Symposium on Literary and Art Work focuses on the literary and artistic theory of the essence of the people’s literature and art of paying equal attention to groups and individuals,the literary and artistic function theory of the important relationship between literature and art and the interests and well-being of the people,the theory of the fine works of literature and art to meet the diversified needs of the people,the theory of literary and artistic creations on shaping the people’s spirit and values,as well as the literary and artistic system theory on the people-centered guidance and respect mechanism,which together constitute the innovation of Xi Jinping’s theory of people’s literature and art in the new era,thus becoming a vivid expression of the relationship between socialist literature and art and people in the new era.It is an important innovative development of Chinese Marxist literary and artistic theory with great historical significance.
