摘 要:2020年7月22日哈尔滨出现了区域性的短时强降水、冰雹、雷雨大风天气。本文通过高空观测资料、卫星云图和多普勒雷达资料等进行综合分析,结果表明:强对流过程发生在冷空气南下和低层暖空气交汇的环流形势下,大气层结为"上冷下暖"的不稳定层结;午后温度升高,逆温有利于不稳定能量的积累,0℃层和20℃层高度有利于冰雹产生,低层温度直减率大有利于对流大风产生。There had been a regional short time heavy precipitation with hail,thunderstorm and gale in Harbin on July 22,2020.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis is proposed based on the high altitude observation data,satellite cloud images and Doppler radar data.The results show that the strong convective process occurs because of the circulation of cold air moving southward along with warm air in the lower layer.Also,the atmospheric stratification is unstable.Besides this,the rising temperatures in the afternoon causes the inversion,which is conducive to the accumulation of unstable energy.At the height of 0℃and 20℃layer,it is conducive for hail generation.For the generation of convective gale,it is more conductive because of the temperature lapse rate at low level.
