摘  要:液晶取向技术在液晶显示领域占有重要地位。依据1-十六烷基-3-甲基溴盐(HMDB)在高温时与羟基之间形成氢键的基本原理,在向列相液晶中掺入微量的HMDB后,HMDB与制作液晶盒的玻璃基板间自发的形成取向层,而实现液晶的取向,制备了一种全新的无需取向层的取向向列相液晶薄膜。研究了降温速度对液晶取向效果的影响,以及进行了此种取向方法在负性液晶中的探索。研究表明使用全新的取向方法的负性液晶分子具有良好的取向效果。The liquid crystal orientation technology plays an important role in the field of liquid crystal display.This method was based on the basic principle of hydrogen bond between ionic liquid and hydroxyl at high temperature,the ionic liquid and the liquid crystal cell were mixed with 1-cetyl-3-methyl bromide.The alignment layer was formed spontaneously between glass substrates to realize the alignment of liquid crystal.The effect of cooling rate on the orientation effect of liquid crystal was also studied,and the application of this alignment method in the photoelectric film of liquid crystal was explored.The results showed that the negative liquid crystal molecules with the new orientation method had good orientation effect and better photoelectric performance than the traditional orientation method.
