摘 要:当前我国大部分油田已经完成蒸汽吞吐采收阶段,为了提高采收效率需要采用蒸汽驱的方法进行后续的采收。蒸汽干度是蒸汽驱法中关键参数,它决定着采油效率的高低。通过电导率法对注汽井口处的湿蒸汽干度进行在线监测,基于质量守恒定律建立电导率法蒸汽干度监测算法模型。对蒸汽干度检测装置硬件进行选择,并进行装置现场安装。通过现场应用的数据分析,验证了装置的使用效果并进行误差分析和管线评估。At present,most oilfields in China have completed the steam huff and puff recovery stage.In order to improve the recovery efficiency,steam flooding is needed for subsequent recovery.Steam dryness is a key parameter in steam flooding,which determines the oil recovery efficiency.On line monitoring of wet steam dryness at steam injection wellhead is carried out by conductivity method,and the algorithm model of steam dryness monitoring by conductivity method is established based on the law of mass conservation.The hardware of steam dryness detection device was selected and the device was installed on site.Through the data analysis of field application,the application effect of the device is verified,and the error analysis and pipeline evaluation are carried out.
