摘　　要：在导管架的成本构成中,材料的费用占有很大的比率,因此材料科学的排版采办对于项目的盈利非常重要。因为在加设过程中,材料的利用率与加设过程中编制的施工文件及现场的施工工艺息息相关。本文根据现场板材的切割工艺及板材到货情况对板材宽度方向和长度方向需要预留工艺用量进行了分析研究,最后对不同板厚宽度方向和长度方向预留余量进行了汇总,为以后结构钢板的订货提供了指导作用。In the cost structure of jacket,the cost of materials occupies a large proportion,so the layout and acquisition of material science is very important for the profit of the project.Because in the process of addition,the utilization rate of materials is closely related to the construction documents prepared in the process of addition and the construction technology of the site.In this paper,according to the cutting technology and the arrival situation of plate on site,the amount of technology that needs to be reserved in the width direction and length direction of plate is analyzed and studied.Finally,the allowance reserved in the width direction and length direction of different plate thicknesses is summarized,which provides guidance for ordering structural steel plates in the future.
