摘　　要：本文分析研究了永坪炼油厂催化干气利用现状,重点对制氢装置开工后一直存在干气不足与燃料气抢料,进而影响全厂其他关联装置正常生产运行的问题进行了深入分析探讨,在此基础上提出通过优化调整装置运行、工艺技改等措施解决了干气不足的问题,确保全厂生产安全平稳运行。In this paper,the present situation of catalytic dry gas utilization in Yongping Refinery is analyzed and focuses on the problems of gas shortage and fuel gas grab after the hydrogen production plant starts,which affect the normal production and operation of other related units in the plant.
