摘 要:传统的有机合成化学实验仍以教师讲解为主,辅以学生课前预习,教学效果不明显,存在各种问题,不利于学生综合实验能力的培养。通过开展探索性乙酸苄酯合成实验以及探索性酮肟Beckmann重排反应在酰胺类化合物合成中的应用实验,成功证明了引入探索性实验模式,有利于全方位提高学生的科研能力与科学素养,是我校有机合成化学实验改革的必然选择、必由之路。Traditional organic synthetic chemistry experiments are still mainly conducted by teachers and supplemented by students'preview before class.The teaching effect is not obvious and there are various problems,which are not conducive to the cultivation of students'comprehensive experimental ability.By carrying out exploratory experiments on the synthesis of benzyl acetate and the application experiment of exploratory ketoxime Beckmann rearrangement reaction in the synthesis of amide compounds,it has been successfully proved that the introduction of exploratory experiment mode is beneficial to comprehensively improving the scientific research ability and scientific literacy of students.It is the inevitable choice and the only way for our school to reform organic synthetic chemistry experiments.
