摘　　要：通过分析化工专业校外实习基地建设过程中面临的困境,从企业需求、人才培养方案的修订、教学模式的变革、教师服务团队的组建、产教融合的深化等方面提出对策,发挥出校外实习应该达到的教学目的,从而培养学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。By analyzing the chemical professional face a dilemma in the process of off-campus practice base construction,from the enterprise requirements,revision of the talent training scheme,the transformation of the teaching mode,teachers establish service team and the deepening of the integration of production and education countermeasures,exerting off-campus internship should achieve the teaching purpose,so as to cultivate the students'project practice ability and innovation ability.
