能够精确调节流量的新型汽轮机补汽阀研究

摘　　要：对传统的汽轮机补汽阀所存在的问题进行详细分析,为了规避这些问题,研制出一种能够在小开度下精确调节蒸汽流量的新型补汽阀。对新阀门的气动性能和安全性进行分析,结果表明,新型补汽阀很好地解决了传统结构所产生的小开度下流量控制不精确及产生振动、噪声的问题。A detailed analysis is conducted for the problems in traditional overload valve of steam turbines.To avoid these problems,new overload valve is developed to control the steam flow accurately at small opening.Aerodynamic performance and safety analysis shows the new overload valve can well solve the problems of traditional design such as inaccuracy in flow control,vibration and noise at small opening.
