低真空供热凝汽器不同管材热应力比较分析

摘　　要：采用低真空凝汽器循环冷却水供热中,凝汽器冷却管内外温度差较大,冷却管将产生较大的热应力。利用ANSYS软件对5种电厂凝汽器管材进行了大温差工作环境中的热应力分析,得到了不同材质冷却管的Mises等效应力云图、轴向应变云图及径向应变云图,并对分析结果进行了归纳总结,分析了各种管材的应力变化特点,以第四强度理论为判据,来判断在大温差条件下各种材质冷却管是否满足相关应力要求,得出不锈钢管更适用于低真空供热工况的结论,为实际工程的运行和设计提供了理论指导。In low vacuum circulating water heating,the temperature difference between the inside and outside of condenser cooling pipe is large,which produces greater thermal stress on thin-walled cooling pipe.The thermal stress analysis of five condenser tubes of power plant in large temperature difference working environment was analyzed by ANSYS software,and the Mises equivalent stress cloud chart,axial strain cloud chart and radial strain cloud chart of cooling tubes of different materials were obtained.Through the results,analysis of the stress characteristics of each kind of tubing,the fourth strength theory as the criterion,to judge the material under the condition of large temperature difference of cooling pipe whether meet the requirements related to stress,it is concluded that the stainless steel tube is more suitable for low vacuum heating condition,to provide theoretical instructions for the operation of the engineering and design.
