摘 要:针对某330MW汽轮机大修启动后电气试验期间2号轴承振动爬升、停机过程中高压转子临界转速大幅降低、停机后2号轴承轴径晃度严重超标故障,通过对机组电气试验期间和汽轮机启、停机过程中的振动特征以及运行参数的分析,判断中压缸膨胀异常造成3号轴承抬高,引起2号轴承支撑脱空是故障的主要原因。通过调整2号、3号轴承标高对支撑脱空进行补偿,消除了支撑脱空故障,汽轮机启动、带负荷过程中各轴承振动正常,在不同负荷下推力瓦温度在合格范围内,为类似问题的处理提供了借鉴。Aimed at vibration increased of No.2 bearing during electrical test,the critical speed was significantly reduced of the high pressure rotor during shutdown process and the shaft diameter sway exceed standard when it stopped of a 330MW turbine generator unit,By analyzing the trend plot of vibration and the vibration characteristics of start-up and stopping process,base on operating parameter,Came to a conclusion that the increased of No.3 bearing elevation caused No.2 bearing separation by the impeded casing expansion of medium-pressure cylinder.By adjusted the elevation of No.2 and No.3 bearing,eliminated the separation failure of No.2 bearing,the vibration was normal when the turbine start-up and running with load,the temperature of the thrust bearing was normal at different load conditions.This paper can provide an important reference to the similar fault.
