摘 要:我国国产交流传动机车已经投入运用10多年,机车制造技术日益成熟,交流传动机车已经成为中国铁路货运的主要牵引动力。但伴随交流传动机车配属数量不断累积,运行公里的不断增长,其检修工作量也迅速增长,原有7个检修基地的检修任务日趋饱和,如何确立全路大功率交流传动机车检修能力定位,显得尤为重要。根据自身参与基地设计、建设、管理的经历,分析了交流传动机车检修现状,提出了交流传动机车检修能力定位构想应是精干主体,集中检修,综合配套,专件专修。China’s domestic AC transmission locomotive has been put into use for more than 10 years,locomotive manufacturing technology is becoming more and more mature,AC transmission locomotive has become the main traction power of China’s railway freight.However,with the continuous accumulation of AC transmission locomotive strains,the use of kilometers of continuous growth,its maintenance workload is also growing rapidly,the original plan of the seven maintenance bases of the maintenance task is increasingly saturated,how to establish the whole road high-power AC transmission locomotive maintenance capacity positioning,it is particularly important.According to his own experience of participating in base design,construction and management,the author analyzes the current situation of AC drive locomotive maintenance,and puts forward that the concept of AC drive locomotive maintenance capacity positioning should be lean main body,centralized maintenance,comprehensive support,special repair.
