摘　　要：本文主要概括介绍了以钛铁矿为原料,采用回转窑装置,通过煤基直接还原工艺生产还原钛的生产实践。介绍了生产所采用的原燃料现状和回转窑生产还原钛的工艺流程,对工艺过程中涉及的还原温度、反应时间和气氛等工艺参数做了较为详细的分析;对回转窑生产工艺存在的典型问题如烟气达标排放、炉窑结圈等问题做了简要剖析并提出了相应的解决措施。This paper mainly outlines the production practice of reducedtitanium through coal-based direct reduction process using ilmenite as raw material in rotary kiln plant.The current status of the fuel used in the production and the process flow of the rotary kiln for titanium reduction are introduced,and the process parameters involved in the process,such as reduction temperature,reaction time and atmosphere,are analyzed in detail.The typical problems of the rotary kiln production process,such as flue gas emission and kiln ringing,are briefly analyzed and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
