摘 要:针对壁厚6 mm以下的热力管道孔状裂纹修复问题,应用活性TIG焊改进了销钉法修复孔状裂纹的工艺。试验结果表明,通过活性TIG焊增加焊缝深度后,可以实现销钉和孔状裂纹的完全熔合,极大地提高了管道修复质量,将应急修复变为永久修复。通过试验初步形成了对6 mm壁厚管道孔状裂纹修复的工艺参数,为利用活性TIG焊修复管道孔裂纹提供了一定经验。Aiming at the problem of repairing hole-shaped cracks in thermal pipelines with a wall thickness of less than 6mm,active TIG welding was used to improve the process of repairing hole-shaped cracks by the pin method.The test results show that by increasing the weld depth through active TIG welding,complete fusion of pins and hole-shaped cracks can be achieved,which greatly improves the quality of pipeline repair and turns emergency repair into permanent repair.Through the experiment,the process parameters for repairing pipe hole cracks with 6mm wall thickness are initially formed,which provides certain experience for repairing pipe hole cracks using active TIG welding.
