摘　　要：科研经费是保证科研活动正常开展的专项资金,是科技活动全面开展的重要支撑因素之一。如何有效识别和防范科研项目经费风险点是新形势下项目管理工作面临的新挑战。从项目管理视角出发,在通过归类法识别科研经费风险类型的基础上,提出了具体的科研经费优化管理措施及风险防范措施。Scientific research fund is a special fund to ensure the normal development of scientific research activities and is one of the important supporting factors for the comprehensive development of scientific and technological activities.How to effectively identify and prevent the risk points of scientific research project funds is a new challenge for project management under the new situation.From the perspective of project management,on the basis of identifying risk types of scientific research funds by classification method,this paper puts forward specific management measures for optimization of scientific research funds and risk prevention measures.
